The trend today is towards refurbishment and upgrade of existing machines.
Refurbishment will give great cost and time savings when compared with the purchasing of a new machine.
Refurbishment should allow the customer to produce the same quality of part and offer the same choice of options as that coming from a new machine.

Mechanical, electrical and control system/software upgrades are continuously carried out. This includes the addition of Elevators or Servo Axis wherever possible.
This applies to any broaching or spline rolling machines
Most CNC and PLC systems can be fitted but with many years experience the following systems would be recommended:
Fanuc,
Siemens,
Allen-Bradley
By utilising tool monitoring upgrades our customers are able to protect valuable parts and tools with real-time load measuring and checking.
In the case of spline rolling machines the addition of automated part loading can produce major advantages.
